Caithfidh forásaithe agus sóisialaithe cur i gcoinne an ionsaí impiriúil ar an tSiria- ar chúiseanna daonnúla agus chun leas an lucht oibre araon. Tá an ráiteas seo á chur amach ag an IRSCNA, ar son an PPSÉ, chun seasamh gualainn ar ghualainn leis na grúpaí sa fhreasúra i gcoinne an chogaidh seo.
Tá comhaontas frithghníomhach armtha, Al Qaeda ina measc, ag troid le fíor-rialtas na tíre agus ag iarraidh cinedhíothú a dhéanamh. D’iompaigh pobal na Siria i gcoinne lucht an éirí amach agus tá lucht oibre na Siria ag tacú le fórsaí an stáit anois. Tá eagla ar na hoibrithe mar gheall ar na coireanna cogaidh atá déanta ag na ceannaircigh. Bíonn na ceannaircigh sheicteacha ag marú páistí, Críostaithe agus Moslamaigh Shiacha- agus dúirt na dúnmharfóirí seicteacha seo go ndéanfaidh siad an rud céanna sa Liobáin.
Níl aon chomhaontú laistigh de rialtas Mheiriceá faoi chás na Siria. Tá roinnt polaiteoirí ann ar mhaith leo tuilleadh cabhrach agus gunnaí a thabhairt do throdairí an éirí amach ach tá polaiteoirí eile ag cur ina choinne seo. Labhraímis amach i gcoinne tuilleadh cabhrach a thabhairt do Al Qaeda!

IRSCNA: oppose the imperialist attack on Syria!
Progressives and socialists must oppose the imperialist attack on Syria, both for humanitarian reasons and in the interest of the working class. The IRSCNA, on behalf of the IRSP is putting out this statement to join with the groups in opposition to this war.
An armed reactionary alliance, including Al Qaeda, are fighting the true government of the country and attempting to commit genocide. The people of Syria turned against the insurgents and the working class of Syria are supporting the forces of the state now. The workers are afraid because of the war crimes committed by the insurgents. The sectarian insurgents are killing children, Christians and Shia Muslims- and the sectarian murderers said they will do the same in Lebanon.
The American government doesn’t agree about Syria. Some politicians would like to give the insurgents further aid and guns and other politicians are against this. Speak out against further aid for Al Qaeda!
The IRSM also condemns the recent Washington-inspired decision to list Hezbollah as a terrorist group. This blatant PR move is an attempt to distract from the crimes of imperialism and will not further peace in that region. Condemning Hezbollah at a time when it is the most capable force putting a stop to the genocidal rampage of Al Qaeda is disturbing.
