The weekly Irish Republican Socialist Party information stall was extremely well received by Saint Patrick’s Day revellers in Belfast City Centre and with the sun making a welcome appearance it could be said that Patrick may have ‘turned the stone’ after all! Hundreds of copies of the Belfast edition of the party’s news-sheet, Workers Republic, were distributed from the stall to the general public and 30+ copies of the party’s national publication, The Starry Plough, were sold by our members among the crowds in the City Centre.
The IRSP’s information stall has been a regular weekly feature of Saturday morning life in the bustling Castle Street area of Belfast City Centre for the best part of a year.
